We do not ship merchandise outside the US with the exception of U.S. Territories Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands . We also do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO and other destinations not listed on our site.
Most orders usually ship within 2-3 business days depending on the item and should arrive in 5-7 business days. In addition, we do have Items that may require additional delivery time, which is usually 2-3 more business days. However, If you do not receive your order within 10-15 business days max, contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise carries a 14 day Money Back Guarantee on qualified returns. Non Returnable items are listed below and all returns will be inspected before a refund can be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if your item qualifies for a return, contact us within 2 business days of delivery, and we will get you a Return Form if one was not already included with your order, you may also download one here. Packages returned without this form cannot be processed and will be held until we have the form. Visit PayPal.com to print a Return Label or visit your local post office to return merchandise.
Items must be returned in their original form with all pieces and packaging material, including the box/bag the item(s) came in and all paperwork that was included and we will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment. Non-defective Returns will also incur a 30% restock fee and shipping costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are not accepted. Any merchandise returned will be refunded and a new order must be placed if you still want the item.

Missing or Defective Items
If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. If you receive a defective item, take a picture of the item before returning it then contact us within 24 hours by email with an image of the defected item attached to your message for our review. Should we determine the item was a defect on our part, and your return form has been received and the item qualifies as a return, you’ll be issued a full refund of the purchase price. Should we determine otherwise, you will receive a refund plus a 30% restock fee will be applied, remember to include with the item(s) all pieces and packaging material, including the box/bag the item(s) came in and all paperwork that was included.
Dealora*s does not cancel orders after they have been submitted. Orders can only be cancelled if we find your item choice is out-of-stock after the order has been placed. If this occurs you will then have the option to cancel your order, substitute the item for another one of equal or lesser value or wait for the item to be restocked. Otherwise the order will need to be returned to us.
Due to the fact that some of our merchandise is shipped from various suppliers, we may be unable to send a whole order all at once. However, when possible, we make every attempt to ship all products contained in an order at the same time. Also, any item could be shipped separately depending on availability.
Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, and you will be refunded for any products unavailable after all available items have shipped, plus any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges.
You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt or shopping cart, and the entirety of the shipping charge will be applied to the full order on multiple shipments.
Shipping To a Different Address
Orders may be shipped to a different address. Just enter the recipients address in the shipping field and your information in the billing field. This option is available to US customers in the Lower 48 only.
Out of Stock Items:
1) You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked. (We will hold funds until merchandise is ready for shipment.)
2) You may substitute the item for another one of equal or lesser value or pay the difference in cost + any additional shipping charges for another item more than the original. (We will send you another item of your choice.)
3) You may cancel your order. (We will issue a full refund upon your request for cancellation.)
